Have you ever felt uncertain or unsettled after a coaching session? Have you struggled with an issue relating to a coaching client? Have you felt the need for support while coaching?
ICF Hong Kong is hosting a series of group supervision tasters to help coaches experience and understand how coaching supervision can help improve their coaching.
“Coaching Supervision is the interaction that occurs when a coach periodically brings his or her coaching work experiences to a coaching supervisor in order to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach and his or her clients.” (ICF)
We are limiting these supervision groups to only 6 people per group to allow coaches to experience how supervision can be beneficial to their coaching practice in a confidential setting. The supervision groups will be available in English and Cantonese.
Spaces are limited and are offered on a first come first served basis, with priority given to ICF Hong Kong Charter Chapter Members. Guests are welcome if space is available.
