Dear ICF HK Members,
We heard you loud and clear! We’ve been listening to your feedback and are excited to announce a new peer coaching program designed specifically to meet your needs.
This program is all about creating a supportive environment where you can:
- Sharpen your coaching skills through hands-on practice and constructive feedback from fellow ICF HK members.
- Build a strong peer support network for ongoing learning, collaboration, and encouragement.
- Gain valuable paid coaching hours towards your ICF credential in a friendly and supportive setting.
Timeline
Registration – September 1- 30, 2024
Peer coaching in trios – November 2024 – May 2025 (6 months)
Format: Coaches will be put into groups of three (trio). Each coach shall complete 6 sessions as coach and 6 sessions as coachee. Total 12 sessions for each coach both as a coach and coachee. More details in the registration form.
Program Coordination Fees:
ICF HK Member – HKD 100
Non-members, members of other ICF chapters – HKD 250
At this stage the program is only open to ICF HK members and non-members in HK and China.
