Build your coaching practice with Origins using Biographical Dimensions of Meaning Making (BDMM©)

October 22 | 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Free – $250.00

Coaching Beyond the Surface
Using biographical inquiry to deepen client impact & differentiate your practice

Go beyond goal-setting. Help clients integrate who they are into how they lead.

Learn about the Origins framework using BDMM© to transform your coaching practice by enabling deeper, more sustainable client shifts, and position them uniquely in the marketplace.

Drawing on the first evidence-based model for working with the past in coaching this session explores how to work with personal history in the context of coaching.

It offers coaches a structured and psychologically grounded way to understand what drives the behaviours their clients may not fully see, and how these patterns can either support or sabotage their goals and lasting behavioural change.

Participants will engage in:

  • experiential reflection,
  • guided dialogue, and
  • small-group exploration to uncover the biographical influences shaping their own coaching approaches.

They will learn how to:

  • reveal the unspoken stories driving their clients’ leadership behaviours, and
  • apply the Origins framework using BDMM© as a powerful differentiator in their coaching practice, setting their business apart with a research-based, transformative approach.

Who should attend?
This session is designed for new and experienced coaches, who have an interest in integrating psychological depth, identity work, and systemic awareness into their practice.

This session is eligible for you to claim 1.5 CCE credits.
