Karl has obtained the Master Certified Coach credential in 2019, and the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching in 2022. Both granted by the International Coaching Federation. He also obtained the Master Practitioner accreditation in 2022, as granted by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Holding Space Coaching & Consulting LLC. Lola is a leadership specialist and organizational coach based in New York. She has been working around Asia for 15 years and is affiliated as an adjunct coach with business schools in Europe. She has over 3500 hours of coaching experience.
She holds a Master’s in Consulting and Coaching for Change (Distinction) from INSEAD and runs an established practice in leadership development/ change management training and coaching, working with clients from multinationals and local companies. She currently delivers a Level 2 accredited coach training curriculum designed by her for individuals and teams. Lola integrates research from neuroscience, narrative coaching, cultural intelligence and psychodynamics in her work. Her work is aimed at getting executives to develop lifelong skills to re-appraise, re-examine and tap into THEIR own motivational reserves to achieve desired performance and achievement.
