We are looking for coaches to empower HK’s aspiring and budding entrepreneurs participating in FSI’s annual Mentorship Program for Ethnically Diverse Entrepreneurs.
The Mentorship Program is a 6-month programme to empower and support aspiring and budding business owners of Hong Kong through mentorship, coaching, and practical business support.
This is the fourth year of FSI and ICF HK Chapter collaborating to support the under-resourced ethnically diverse entrepreneurs of Hong Kong through this Mentorship Program.
By joining our program as a coach, you are joining a long-lasting community of budding and growing entrepreneurs that enriches Hong Kong’s local economy.
We are looking for 10-15 coaches who can each support a mentee of the program alongside their mentor, who will be a seasoned entrepreneur that FSI assigns to the mentee.
Should you join our programme, FSI asks for your commitment to:
- Joining an introductory session with other coaches and mentors of the program on 6 Sep 2025 (10am-12pm), in-person at the Hive Poho
- Joining a meet-and-greet cohort session with all the mentees, mentors, and coaches to kickstart the program on 20 Sep 2025 (10am-12pm), in-person at the Hive Poho
- Delivering four coaching sessions (monthly recommended) to your matched mentee between October 2025 and February 2026 total of 4 sessions.
- Joining the finale and graduation session for the cohort on 7 Mar 2026 (10am-1pm) , in-person at the Hive Poho
