Reflection on the evolution of coaching in Hong Kong, taking a multicultural perspective.

As we are approaching the end of 2022, it is a good time to reflect and gain perspectives of where we are at especially in our coaching journey. I guess coaching can be very familiar to some and not to others, yet, this is existent for some time since the 90s or even earlier in Hong Kong/Asia. I am so pleased to moderate a dedicated and passionate panel of professional coaches for an evening of authentic and engaging dialogue on “The Evolution of Coaching”! We will be taking our unique cultural lens yet as practitioners in Hong Kong for some time to really share how each of us perceives the evolving landscape of coaching.
