It is with immense honor and excitement that I assume the role of President for ICF HK. Alongside our esteemed Vice President, Nigel Raymont, and our dedicated board members, I am wholeheartedly committed to driving ICF HK to unprecedented success.
Before diving into our vision for the future, I wish to extend heartfelt appreciation to Tony Williams, our outgoing President, for his exceptional leadership over the past two years. Additionally, we express gratitude to Astrid Kirchner, Murielle Gardret, and Renee Conklin, who have been invaluable contributors to the board and are stepping down. Your dedication has laid a strong foundation for our continued growth.
Under the leadership of our predecessors, we have made significant strides. Our focus on enhancing digital experiences and communication has resulted in record-high participation in our professional development events and social impact projects. Furthermore, strategic partnerships have enabled the creation of paid coaching opportunities for our members, marking just the beginning of our endeavors in this area. While celebrating these achievements, we remain steadfast in our commitment to fostering meaningful engagement both online and offline.
As we welcomed the new year, the ICF Hong Kong 2024 Board convened for an invigorating strategic planning session. Fueled by collaboration and innovation, our discussions have paved the way for exciting developments ahead.

ICF HK is looking for dynamic and self-motivated ICF credentialed member coaches who can offer their dedicated time and service in coaching individuals from participating NGOs (Non-profit organisations) under the ICF Foundation’s Ignite Initiative.
Under the Ignite Initiative, ICFHK is preparing to provide pro bono coaching to partner organisations, whose mission is aligned with the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goal.
If you want to be a part of this remarkable mission to demonstrate the positive impact of coaching for social progress, please fill in this form below by Feb 28, 2024.
The engagement period for the 1st Batch is between April and September 2024, and for the 2nd Batch is between September 2024 and March 2025. No need to sign up again if you already did last year; we have your record in our database.

The Women Entrepreneurs Network HK and ICF Hong Kong hosted a kick-off event, where the 2nd cohort of coachees, coaches, and mentors came together to ignite a journey of empowerment, growth, and mentorship.
