ICF Core competencies 5: Maintains Presence

ICF Global has endorsed the full year CCE events for the Hong Kong Chapter focused on the core competencies, under ‘Practice makes Perfect.’ The upcoming session will take place on July 26, 2023, on Core competencies 5 with details below:

Time: 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. HKT, July 26, 2023, Wednesday
Host: Angela Lee and Arunanjali Maria
Format: Zoom meeting
Size: maximum 24 people, first come first serve
Flow: Interactive discussion, sharing of best practices, and bringing to life through pairs/trios
Fees: Free for ICF members; non members are welcome with a fee
CCE: Attending this event in full will grant you 1.5 CCE for Core Competencies

More volunteer coaches needed

ICF HK is looking for dynamic and self-motivated ICFcredentialed member coaches, who can offer their dedicated time and service in coaching individuals from participating NGOs (Non-profit organisations) under the ICF Foundation’s Ignite Initiative.

Under the Ignite Initiative, ICFHK is preparing to provide pro bono coaching to partner organisations, whose mission is aligned with the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goal.

If you want to be a part of this remarkable mission to demonstrate the positive impact of coaching for social progress, please fill in this Google form by July 31, 2023. Engagement period: between August 21 and April 30, 2023.

Discovering the Advantages of Shared Leadership
We were grateful for the opportunity to meet some of our members in person at “The Advantages of Shared Leadership” event, where we had the chance to build connections, forge relationships, and learn about shared leadership team coaching together on July 7.
Unlocking the Power of Relational Mindfulness in Coaching
At the ICF HK’s first Happy Hour session in 2023 tonight, we experienced a profoundly enriching relational mindfulness session with Genevieve Heng and Brian Henderson. The session left us with a renewed sense of presence and a deeper understanding of the transformative potential of mindfulness in coaching.
