Dear ICF Hong Kong Members and Coaches,
As the vibrant colors of autumn surround us, we find ourselves in a season of harvest and reflection. This October, the ICF HK board members will come together to review our progress and strategize for our 2025 initiatives.
Reflecting on my journey with the ICF HK board since January 1, 2023, I am proud to say that I have not only witnessed our collective achievements but have also contributed to our progress as a unified team.
One of my first initiatives as the Director of MarComm was to launch a regular monthly newsletter. This has become a vital resource, consolidating our upcoming events and recapping the previous month’s highlights in one accessible place—ensuring that our members are informed without being overwhelmed by random messages. With thousands of recipients, this high-quality newsletter has attracted coaching schools to offer courses tailored for our members.
In addition to our newsletter, we have doubled our LinkedIn followers and created an Instagram presence to enhance our social media engagement. Our WhatsApp and WeChat groups serve as platforms for instant communication, enabling members to share information, seek advice, and foster networking opportunities. It’s heartening to see so many vibrant conversations and collaborative exchanges happening within these groups.
We have received tremendous positive feedback and enthusiastic suggestions from our members, particularly during our recent Coaches Connection Coffee and other in-person events.
As we plan for 2025, we warmly welcome your feedback and suggestions for our upcoming events and initiatives. Please feel free to reach out to us at Communications@icfhk.org.
Wishing you all a fruitful autumn filled with inspiration and connection!
Warm regards,
Lisa Sha
Marketing & Communications Director
