We were grateful for the opportunity to meet some of our members in person at “The Advantages of Shared Leadership” event, where we had the chance to build connections, forge relationships, and learn about shared leadership team coaching together.
Through five vivid stories, Ernie Turner eloquently elaborated on the core disciplines: Connect, Contract, Collect, Collaborate, and Challenge. Grace Lau and Pam Wong, LLM also shared their inspiring stories of achieving remarkable outcomes through shared leadership.
